Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
     This giveaway (“Christmas Giveaway”) is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. By participating, you confirm that you meet these requirements. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
  2. How to Enter
     To participate, you must complete all of the following steps:
  1. Follow @normachung.art on Instagram.

  2. Tag one friend in the comments under the official Giveaway post & like it.

  3. Click the button provided and submit your details through the registration form.

Only entries that meet all three steps will be considered valid.

  1. Entry Period
     Entries will be accepted until Tuesday 16th of December. No entries will be accepted after this date.
  2. Winner Selection
     On Tuesday 16th of December, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The draw will be final and binding.
  3. Prize
    The winner will receive free access to the creator’s online course. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  4. Notification of Winner
    The winner will be announced on @normachung.art Instagram Stories and notified by email using the details provided at entry.

    7. Data Protection
     By entering, participants agree that their personal data will be collected and used solely for the administration of the Giveaway and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  5. Limitation of Liability
     The creator is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues, internet failures, or other reasons beyond their control.
  6. General Conditions
     The organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if necessary. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
